Appointments
I work with clients weekly during a regular, agreed slot. The duration of therapy can be open-ended or for an agreed time period.
You can contact me by phone or by using the email contact form.
It can feel challenging to make that first step of contacting a psychotherapist or counsellor. I will respond to your enquiry, whether by email or phone call, in a sensitive and empathetic manner. If I am unable to offer you an appointment at a time that suits you, or if I feel that I'm not the right person for you, I will recommend other counsellors and psychotherapists in the area for you to contact.
The service is confidential and I offer a sensitive and supportive approach to whatever issues you are dealing with. There is no obligation to continue after the initial session. It is important that you feel safe working with me and know that all sessions are kept strictly confidential unless there is a concern regarding your health or safety.
Fee
Individual sessions of 50 minutes duration: £60
Couples session of 75 minutes duration: £80
Location
My practice is located in the centre of Berkhamsted.
