I work with clients weekly during a regular, agreed slot. The duration of therapy can be open-ended or for an agreed time period of six sessions or more, depending on the issues presented.
I usually offer evening and daytime appointments. Daytime appointments are more easily available.

The service is confidential and I offer a sensitive and supportive approach to whatever issues you are dealing with. There is no obligation to continue after the initial session. It is important that you feel safe working with me and know that all sessions are kept strictly confidential unless there is a concern regarding your health or safety.
